NDIS Application & ReviewWe provide comprehensive reports to support your children’s NDIS Application, and annual NDIS review. Prior to completing NDIS review reports we require a parent/care-giver session to discuss goals, progress and recommendations. | Functional Capacity AssessmentsThese comprehensive assessments provide information about your child’s developmental profile. These reports are helpful in providing standardised information regarding your child’s functioning, and can be provided to teachers/adults working with your child, to better understand how best to support their learning and participation. |
Recommendation reports for Assistive Technology (AT)Suggestion of any AT aids and equipment to further support your child’s needs and provide clinical justifications and recommendations of best practice. | School Engagement / learningComprehensive reports including details about your child’s learning needs and school engagement. At times these reports are paired with a school observation session where your therapist visits your child in their classroom and observes their engagement, regulation, social connections, attention and ability to autonomously participate in their day. |
